Loved Fayetteville! It's a very clean city with a lot going on. We enjoyed the vibe of Dickson Street and the college experience. It's proximity to so many outdoor activities is a major bonus. We come back again!

Somehow this this booking went through Booking.com.
Somehow this this booking went through Booking.com. The ad said we did not have to pay until we arrived at the motel. I went ahead & prepaid. I got sick with the stomach virus at 2:00 in the morning that we were suppose to check in. I called & told them we could not come & please refund $. Girl stated she did not have authority to do that & I needed to call back in the afternoon. I called back that afternoon & they said there was no documentation that I call that morning & would not refund our money. I do not understand why you will not refund my $ when I was not required to prepay to begin with. If I had not prepaid I would not be out over $200.00.

we are both smokers though had a no. smoking room which we DID NOT smoke in.we were observed going outside by the staff for cigarettes. upon departure we were denied our $50 deposit as they said they could smell smoke in our room which we obviously denied as we'd had not smoked in our room.the persons on duty who checked our room were both non-smokers. we tried to complain that we had not smoked n we're not believed.we will never stay in your hotel again n beware if ur a smoker wit bookin here

I left for 10 hours came back to just fitted sheets on my bed. No pillow cases, no top sheet, no blamket and no bed spread. This was 10:00 pm at night. The front desk tried to find what I needed. But still no blanket or bed spread.

There is actually not a ton to do/see IN Fayetteville.
There is actually not a ton to do/see IN Fayetteville. There is a nice town square with shops and a few restaurants. When we booked the stay I was under the impression "Dixon St." was full of shops and restaurants but actually, it's pretty much all bars and coffee shops full of UofA students. I think twenty-somethings would benefit from staying the night but honestly, we (being in the 50+ crowd) could have easily made it a day trip. That said, if you are into bike riding, there is a wonderful 37-mile trail that goes from Fayetteville to Bentonville. If you follow college ball, of course, there's the Razorbacks.

Other than things already said, the breakfast was very good!
Other than things already said, the breakfast was very good! Beds very comfortable, quiet, toiletries convenient. Location was perfect (grandchild graduation). Southern food company for supper also very good.
Heavy rain I would like to avoid next time!
I have stayed in many different hotels in Fayetteville, visiting my daughter at U Arkansas, and this is hands down the best hotel experience I have had there. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and everything was quite clean - all for about what I paid for much less comfortable/clean rooms elsewhere. It's also conveniently located by all the big box stores to furnish/decorate/set up dorm room. (Plus there is amazing thrifting near by if you're into that sort of thing!)
I loved the staff - they helped me so much! I got a room in the basement which was very dirty and the smell was weird. I went to the reception and got a new room on the second floor. The next morning, my AC broke. Called the reception, and a maintenance guy came and fixed it! Very good customer service
We enjoyed our stay so much. I will definitely look to stay here next time we are in Fayetteville. It is close to everyone and everything. The house was cute, comfortable and clean. The back yard was great and the two little people enjoyed playing out there. Thank you for hosting us.
We loved everything the staff was nice it was super clean and the bed was comfy. Definitely up to the Hilton standards. One of the only hotels we use. Also we looooved the 12pm check out time I always feel so rushed at checkout not at this location.
When I come to Fayetteville mostly I use to choose this hotel. Even tho I feel like the price is very expensive I still choose to stay. They have nice rooms kinda like a little apartment. Convenient and close to food places and Walmart
The most Nasty Motel i had ever been, Roaches all over, the floors were broke, walls with holes,Tv not working, bathroom about to fall off,it was a horrible Horrible experiencie.
The younger man who checked me in was very nice and helpful and found me another room when the first one didn't work out. The other men at the front desk were not so nice.
